I can't help you with this type of question, coins are graded in hand. Also you need to crop images so we can see the coin. All I can see is space around the coin.
I don’t think it’s worth grading because...... there are two nice dings at 2 and 7:00 along with the color and stains from being circulated. I would suggest using a photo grade from one of the third-party grading services they can help but like Daniel said it needs to be in hand for best results.
