Don't Buy Bank Wrapped Rolls Of Morgan Dollars. Here's Why.
You never want to buy bank wrapped or so-called unsearched Morgan Dollar rolls at ebay. You see these rolls often and they're not bank rolled but hand rolled and crimped at the seller's place of business. The paper is often roughed up, dates and waxed to make them appear old and some have a bank or some business on the wrapper. You will also notice they will use a CC reverse on on or both ends and if on one end they will use the obverse of a 1893 or an 1889 so people think there's potentially a rare uncirculated CC in the roll.
It's all a sham and my videos below show you how they do these rolls, where they get the coins and how they have their feedback on ebay edited.

Love your videos BTW.
I was changing TV channels to WGN out of Chicago this morning and came across what I guess a 30 minute coin show ad. usually they have an AARP medicare infomercial running.
I only caught a few minutes and didn't write down the name of the so called coin shop.
he was selling a roll of Morgan's with a CC ender and I believe a 1884 on the other end, selling for $1799.10 LOL. pitch was that there could be rare CC's in roll worth $100000+ and you were paying less then $100 per coin LOL.
Not sure if you or others have seen that infomercial.

Thank you for the warning Daniel, I would be skeptical of doing that for sure!! However, I've seen other YouTubers do it? and post a video on it? Guess the were just board and needed some content? And of course they were all common dates, many of the same. Most of them were in decent shape. But Point taken. thank you!

But they're not lying and saying it's an original roll with salted end coins.
