Use wexlers or CONECA to find a match, if you don't then you know it's not a D/D. I don't see a RPM here.

I see what you're looking at....
I do not believe this is an RPM

Notice the "Curvature" is completely different than a Mintmark

Normal cent - looks like the upper left of the MM took a hit - but hard to tell for certain in the pics.
