I think maybe, ...kinda sorta, ...possibly, I see an itty-bitty portion of the very top of the "F"........... :mad:

Unfortunately, this is a mid die state a coin, struck with an obverse die that has a fair amount of die edge deterioration, with light die plugging.

If you look closely at the images,...... you can see the top flag of the "F", and just an itty-bitty portion of the center flag, in image #2.
