Silver Coin Roll Melt Value
Here's my latest project. I put together melt values for rolls of silver coins and it includes 40%, 90% and Silver Nickel melt.
So check it out and share!

Good idea Daniel.
How about adding a quick reference for how many of each denomination are in a pound for those that buy in bulk.

Not necessarily melt by the pound, but quantities of coins per pound.Daniel wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2017 6:52 amI do have melt by the roll http://coinauctionshelp.com/how-many-coins-in-a-roll/

I know from experience Indian heads are about 150 pieces per pound and wheats are about 144 per pound. Because of circulation wear there are slightly more IH per pound than wheats.
But I was thinking how many 1c copper vs plated 10c Roosevelts per pound (silver and clad), 25C Washington per pound (silver and clad), etc.
Since many bulk auctions might mention weight but not quantity it helps people calculate how much it is costing them per coin.

That's interesting and closely matches what they say in the description. There are 400,000 coins per bag times 15 bags equals 6,000,000.PALH1 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2017 10:42 ami've searched 10lbs. of cents before ....PetesPockets55 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2017 6:11 amGood idea Daniel.
