If you think it grades MS67 but that is such an impossible grade to obtain from PCGS. I can't say either way and images are small.

Re: 1997P LINC
Hey Mike.
Hard to tell but when I enlarge it there appears to be darkness (from fingerprints?) on the high points of the hair and forehead. Even though it doesn't have many contact marks I can see, IMHO a grading service will be reluctant to give it a high grade (think Big $).
It shouldn't matter because it should receive the grade it actually is, but I still think it might fair better if submitted with coins from a dealer that submits often and in volume. It just might tip the scales in your coins favor if you decide to have it graded. Just human nature I guess for the human aspect of coin grading to favor regular customers on occasion.

Still no way to be sure, it looks high grade but would need to look at the coins in hand and at different angles. I would keep until you could send or compare to other graded examples.
