How many ways to "use" a penny?

#1 Unread post by PetesPockets55 »

Quite a few people have wondered why some one would intentionally damage a coin. These penny buttons are one "useful" way. This image came from an online article that goes on to list a bunch of other Do It Yourself projects to repurpose a penny. Also included washers, joining multiples together for necklaces, rings, and other jewelry, embedding in clear acrylic for coasters, etc. And then you have people just wanting to test or experiment with a new tool they got. And this doesn't even begin to touch on those who are intentionally trying to deceive the buying public. As Elmer Fudd would say "Be Vewwy Afwaid" (of supposed one of a kind mint errors). Don't get taken. :h

Hey U, Mein Opa, used to do this all of the time, except it was with the old glass screw in or "plug" fuses, he built his own house, but somewhere he put too much stopfen on one circuit, for a German Aerospace tool and die maker, sometimes he could be a real "Redneck Engineer".

Well .... I've been working up a storm for the past year and a half.

Eyes have been bothering me as well so I don't search nearly as much.

How have you been doing Paul? Staying healthy? Finding any FE mules lately?
(I know you need to keep the replies short and sweet to save your energy so just post images of your answers?)

What I want to know is why we always have to wait until we are old to find that part is all a lie
