I decided to have our own quiz and maybe more if everyone enjoys them enough.

See how much you know about Lincoln Cents.

Thanks, Daniel that was interesting and revealing (Yikes)!
My teachers would be so proud. NOT!
"RustyGrayMatter58" should be my new name. -7 out of 10- But in my defense I didn't "look at the answers in the back of the book" like my daughter would do to check her math on homework :l in high school and I didn't go to the internet for answers. Just relied on the rusty gray matter between my ears! Guess it's time to see if insurance will cover a brain transplant!!!
Daniel, Question tho- How do we check which answers were wrong?

I just added that feature so you can see the correct answers.

7 out of 10 is good, I made the answers a bit confusing. I have been going to school since last Sept. and taking so many tests and quizzes that I used that experience to create these questions and the quiz itself.

I am thinking of taking this even further with a complete quiz tutorial area of my website and with printable certificates. I think it will be fun and educational.

For those of you who have seen this quiz and are confused by the 2009 Lincoln Cents being called Bicentennial; the Lincoln Cent turned 100 years old in 2009 and to commemorate this anniversary the US mint created coins that commemorated the 200 years since Abraham Lincoln's birth in 1809. So the 2009 cents are Bicentennial cents, the same with the Bicentennial Washington Quarters. It commemorates a historical event and not the age of the coin series.
