1835 Toned Quarter

Got this Capped Bust quarter pretty cheap since it's not in the best shape, but look at the toning on the obverse. The reverse looks like the coin's metals were not mixed well. Just thought it was a really interesting coin.

Nice coin; could be an improper alloy mixture.

The obverse is more worn than the reverse. Lots of detail left on eagle. Beautiful old coin.
