It could be MS65 and it's close to full band lines, but can't be sure about the FBL on the torch.

:greatfind: It could actually grade a MS-65 but even then, I don't think the Value would exceed the Grading Cost . Better off selling ungraded in my opinion .

Per PCGS price guide MS64 $4,MS65 $4,MS66 $16. MS64 FT (FB) $10 and MS65 FT $12,MS66 FT $30.Not worth sending in IMO.

I'll vote a MS-64, And maybe the full torch with it. Just looks to be a finger print on the obv under his chin.
But a nice coin for the album.
Plenty of graded 62-D on ebay now.
