It can be sold but having a grade is always better. I don't clean coppers.

You coin is post mint damaged, this cannot happen at the mint.

You should be looking for doubled dies, learning about them and searching for Wide AM and Close AM cents, stuff that is well known, easy to research and worth a little to make your time worth the effort.

Counterstamps do not come from the US Mint so it is always going to be damage to the coin and most will not add any value.

It is an impaired proof, since it's been mishandled. I can't see much from that, you will see a lot of reflections in proof coins.

If you find a strange coin in change then it is damaged. Look for doubled dies not strange coins.

Very common plating blisters, you see these on cents all the time.

It's not a die crack but a slight delamination. Go to error-ref.com and look up die cracks and delamination.
