Re: Need Opinion: Cleaned or Altered? 1932 Washington 25c
I agree, potentially cleaned. However if you’re just wanting it in a holder then it shouldn’t make a difference. The coin, cleaned or not, isn’t going to be worth the grading fees. I recommend using the grading companies price guide to make this decision.

I will also add, be the change you want to see. If you don’t like how a topic is answered then answer it the way you think it should be and live and let die with the other members who don’t do it your way. I would personally like to see more than “Cull” as an answer but I’ve also made my own short a...

It does look like a scratch but even a strike though like this wouldn’t add value. You want a strike through to look like an identifiable object.

Re: 1944-S Lincoln Cent (Damaged?)
As I’ve always said, you can’t expect people to know what you know. People struggle with terms when they don’t know them or heard them before, so we have to assume they’ve never seen the word before and offer a description just in case. I know a lot of people who don’t know what cull is let alone th...

Re: glitter in coin
You're seeing the normal appearance of the coin's surface, the dies will have striations as well as become rough from over-use, so when they strike a coin, they impart pin pricks of metal that reflect light in several directions. It is one way to determine the state and stage of the die's condition....

Yes, and even less than spot, most world issues are low mintage but if they don’t have corresponding demand it means very little.
You can buy graded type coins at shows, coin shops or reputable online dealers.
It would be a waste of money to have them graded.
