This is not a crack or annealing error…
It appears to be something on the surface of a VLDS hit.
...... quite possibly from the packaging that had been contained in??

For me the mint mark does not match up nor the die chips on the "D' of God, the full word "God looks like it has PMD coming off the edge into the letters as well as "we", I don`t see the date match up either, but wait for one of the administrators chime in I`m just not seeing it...

That's where I got mine

You may need to take a nail file and shape the tip similar to the one in the close-up picture above.....
It takes a bit of practice, as the tip will be flimsy…

Start with the "inside" of the Mintmark 1st

But keep in mind,......... in order to correctly identify and verify a majority of RPMs,....... you will need to clean the crud from around the Mintmark itself.

With all of this crud here, I don't think it's possible to give a verifiable answer.
