I found this while looking over my Silver Proof Set. Can anyone explain what it is?

I'm talking about the arced indentation from the top left of the blanket, to the top of the "L" in LIBERTY.

I received my 2017 US Mint Silver Proof Set on Friday, and found this on the back of the Jefferson Nickel.

Any suggestions on how to take a better pic without taking it out of the packaging? Or who I might send it to?

I noticed this when I received my 2017 Uncirculated Set from the mint. What caused it?
