Re: 1974 no mint mark penny
This may be a rhetorical (and curious) question, but if you saw a 1974-P (no mint mark)laying beside a 1974 (no mint mark) PROOF, would you be able to tell the difference?

Re: Untrusted 200?? Lincoln Cent
Before the hardcore brainstorming begins, I was wondering if anyone noticed that the "brush" marks on the obv and rev sides are in exactly (??) the same direction on the coin. This hints to me that they were probably made at the same time and by the same devise, which excludes an electric ...

selling graded coins
I wondering if anyone has figured out the art of selling graded coins. A deal is presently offering more than ten 1980-P Anthony dollars that have a NCS grade of MS65 for $12 dollars, plus shipping. To cover the expense of getting the coins graded, it appears to me that he would have to be hoping th...

I got this roll for the bargain price of only $25, but what I'm trying to get knowledge of (from the experiences of others) is the meaning and value of the type of raper. Does this type of raper increase the chances of finding coins in a condition that they don't look like they been put in a lottery...

I didn't know what would be causing this, since cents were not made with copper plated zinc in 1980.

I know a lot of forums will only let you upload pictures (gif, jpg, png) and not videos because they don't want to host the file. Hosting a video on a public forum uses a lot of bandwidth.

I have to use 400 ASA color film to get my best pics, and the film has to be developed and put on CD in bmp format. I don't have a good digital camera (yet!).
Hope to post some MS+ pics, if they turn out good.

Can the coin in the attached photo be accurately graded using this photo? If so,:
The coin in the attachment has a PCGS grading.
What would be your best evaluation of the grade that it has been given by PCGS?
