Looks to be whizzed (click on photo, the zoom.) So probably just worth the gold, or about $240.

The 'S' has a slight tilt and is in the position that PCGS recognizes as Die #3. Hard to tell, but I think there's a dot there in the upper loop of the 'S'. See top photo for comparison. For the better notes, you should consider archival plastic holders.
Air-tites and BCW usually have good prices.

If it is modern, it is probably at face value, for now.

How old are they?
What condition?
What's the lowest serial number?
