Belarus 2017 : Year of the Rooster

Well, this one ran pretty late due to the change in Belarus money. Because I have moved and am currently living out of boxes, I didn't risk taking this out of the air-tite. (So, you can see some of the imperfections in the plastic container.

Looks like it has been counter stamped with a metal tube.

It is post mint damage.
