I do not see a doubled die on either coin. If you 69' doesn't look like the one in the image then it's not the doubled die you're looking for.

Most cents are common and not worth but a few cents, steel cents in circulated are about 20 cents each, the 1904 is around a dollar or two. This happens when the cavity of the letter or digit is clogged with grease and is not struck. It is more common that most believe and I see these often myself, so it doesn't add any extra value to the coin.

I can't see much in these images. I don't see a variety that would make them rare or valuable. With these dates it is pretty obvious and once you see one then you know what you're looking at.
