Roof is a die chip and the dollar coin is not an error but normal. All of them are spelled like that.

This isn't a doubled die but circulation issues and die deterioration, please use Wexlers doubled die website to look up your coins you think are doubled dies.

I don't see any die clash only the "die chip" below the "E". Neat find! May want to check and see if it's been attributed on the site cuds-on-coins.com. There you'll find various links and look for die chips and/ or die cracks. Hope this helps!

Here is a bit more advice for maximizing your time when searching for errors. Save Yourself time, effort, and disappointment...don’t learn the coin hobby backwards. 😊 Looking for random anomalies on coins and hoping they match up to something collectable will take you a lot more time, wasted effort,...
