1963-S Franklin Half Dollar value is determined by the silver content and numismatic (collector's) value and grade condition. Grade conditional value is determined by how high the coin grades from MS60 through MS70, but no Franklin Half Dollar has graded higher than MS67 so there's no "perfect" examples to value. Also, condition grade depends on if the Franklin Half Dollar has Full Bell Lines (FBL) on the reverse Liberty Bell; those will bring the most premium since they're usually earlier strikes and are fully struck examples.

Typically a 1953-S Franklin Half Dollar value starts at $6-$7 and tops out into the thousands above the grade MS66.
