This is a interesting find the error are next to the lip and the mint-mark.

Looks like a trapped gas bubble. Pretty common.

Well gas bubble are common, but straight one like this are not rare but a little harder to find.

It is interesting, but I agree, it's not an error that has caught the attention of collectors.
