Does this look "prison bars" counter clash or something else? Seems to fit but not sure since I was under the impression it would be difficult to have clash marks show up on the recessed portions of the opposing side ... so it's a little strange to me that there are bars on his face as well which is recessed on the Obv. working Die. Imagine they would have to smash pretty hard to leave marks on recessed features ... and if it hit that hard wouldn't it likely leave other clash marks?

Nice find. It's not easy getting errors for this year considering the US Mint cracked down harder on detecting them beginning in 2000's.
