Ok everyone I'm back I hope I don't wear out my welcome but I'm new and this is a great place for anyone collecting coins. Here is a 1999/D I was looking to see if it was a Wide A/M or not and found some insteresting area's. Check out the Holes for one don't know if they are Post Mint or not. Then there is what looks like lettering between Colums 4/5 from the left. If nothing else it's different.Once again thanks for letting me be a part of this site I'm a Disabled Veteran and this is about all I do anymore and everyone on here is Great.

Best Regards

I can't really tell a whole lot from the pictures, other than this does not appear to be a wide AM cent. Furthermore, I am fairly certain that the Denver mint didn't strike any wide AM cents in 1998, 1999 or 2000. I can't really tell you anything else. Sorry!

It appears to be a lamination. Could you take a picture with less light reflection, because I can't se much in the columns you mentioned.

If you are talking about the left urn and the marks up the column above it being the "holes" that appears to be a point where the copper plating was scratched and the zinc has started to rot.
