INB-INTERNATIONAL NUMISMATIC BUREAU
This seller continues to change their name so my links don't point to them anymore but anytime you see a seller selling coins in slabs that look like this and appear deceptive then it could be them under another name. They usually sell gems, treasure chest of coins, estate coins, rolls with salted end coins and any way they can peddle common and junk coins for hte most profit.
Same tricks, different name, and it will change again.
INB International Numismatic Bureau is a company that sells high grade coins (mostly modern) and we receive many complaints they over-grade. If you have ever searched unsearched rolls of coins then you know it's impossible to find so many MS69-MS70-PR70 coins and they sell them in bulk. They grade their own coins and that's a conflict of interest.
Below are a couple of links of ebay sellers that sell coins in INB holders and I suggest ebay buyers to be cautious in purchasing these coins. If you can't see a clean and detailed image of the coin, or your just bidding on a stack of coins and have to take their word that the coins are as high of grade as they claim.
I hope you, the visitor of this web page, found this website before you purchased a graded coin at ebay or any other online venue. If not, don't despair, because here you will find all the information you need to buy graded coins without getting ripped off. It's better to learn this information now than never.
Ebay is only one of many websites that contain coin auctions or coins for sale in holders with an assigned grade. It's also apparent that uninformed collectors assume that a coin in a holder is authentic and graded appropriately, but such is not always the case.
It doesn't take a degree or training to buy coin holders, create the labels of your choice and encase coins inside. Furthermore, if you know how much coins are worth in different grades than you would be able to grade any coin, a grade of your choice, for the most profit. However, it doesn't stop there as many decide that can pass-off cleaned coins as problem free, or fake coins as authentic. If that's not enough, some have chosen to fake holders from the most respected grading services like PCGS and NGC.
So, I hope each visitor takes heed to the information contained in these web pages and buys graded coins accordingly.

Look at how deceptive their auctions can be, same story-line, same hype, same images or similar for months or even years.
Store name is still
Numismatic Bureau and still making and selling INB holdered coins.
